I called and made an appointment to see a car upon arrival I was told by a "manager" who identified himself as John W and refused to give his last name that he had no one available for an appointment I made two hours prior and drove an hpur and a half to. I asked to test drive the car while waiting which I was able to do, upon arrival from the test drive I told John we would take the car to please start processing the sale which was when he said that the car might have sold at another location he would need to check first wh... read more

Due to multiple personal and physical issues which I did not disclose to the dealer, was very difficult. Caring for a dad with dementia also made it ridiculously hard for me to leave my home for more than an hour at a time. Kim, Kevin and George worked with me over the course of a week and made me feel comfortable enough that I bought the Jeep and so far I LOVE it! Great dealership with a great selection of vehicles. Responded promptly to my initial request, set up an appointment for me to go in and view the vehicle and were incredibly pleasant and helpful to deal with throughout the entire process. Will definitely start my search here in the future!
