Everything went smoothly, They did a good job
Excellent experience! Love my new Civic Hatch! Do not hesitate to do business with Bourne’s Auto Center in Easton, MA - even the town police rate them highly! On my test drive I stopped off in a pull off to check over the car and take some photos and an office pulled up to check to see if all was ok- after a quick chat he said he bought his last car from Bourne’s !
Jose was very helpful, I am going to go back after the Holiday to drive a few more cars and will most likely be buying a newer car over the next week!

Great people - easy process. Trevon solved every question and I highly recommend this organization
Dealership was nice and the sales department was nice. Financing was more difficult as they did not accept the pre-approval offered through cargurus. They have over “40” lenders but only sent to the top 3-4 lenders. When they couldn’t get approval, they walked me to the front door. Bought a car via financing elsewhere.

The dealer was very helpful in giving me a lot of informative information. They are not located in the same state that I live in, but I was ok with this as the price was a lot better than any of the dealers in my own state. I was not familiar with the laws in Massachusetts, when it came to how I could legally transport or drive the car back to my home state of New York, but the dealer gave me a lot of helpful information and was able to help me understand things a lot better. We where running late getting to the dealer, emailed them to let them know and asked for truck to be ready for a test drive. Ended up waiting for 30 min while they located truck. Kim (not the sales person I was emaling with) was very helpful and made every attempt to answer every question we had honestly.we felt no pressure like you do at other dealerships.
