I had been following a 2016 Kia Sorento at this dealership for about a month. I received a price drop notice and decided I would visit the dealership to look at the car. I was met on the lot by Jose who told me the car was at their other lot and would have it brought over. When the car arrived it was dirty, numerous dents on the body, a piece molding falling off and the interior was filthy. This car only has 19000 miles on it. Contacted Bourne’s Auto. Response was quick. Set an appt explained I had an hour as I had another appt. Spoke to same person on the phone as I was traveling to appt. When I got there and checked in no one seemed to know what I was there for and the two cars were not there to drive. Sales person very nice but had no knowledge of previous three contacts I had made with internet specialist. Sales person got the cars to lot for me to drive.
