Mario was great, he answered all of our questions the first day. I went back with my daughter the next day so she could drive the car and we bought it. The whole experience was really smooth, everyone we dealt with was great. Thanks Bourne's Auto Center

Excellent staff. Welcoming atmosphere. Our sales associate, Mario Lee, was excellent. Very accommodating and helpful. First time we purchased a vehicle at a “no haggle price” dealership and we will do so again. A very nice experience! We’ll never haggle again on the purchase of a vehicle.

Wish I didn’t have to leave a single star. First contact promised, but couldn’t deliver. Second contact wouldn’t even follow up and passed me along to his supervisor. The “supervisor” was extremely unprofessional. Couldn’t stick to timelines, wouldn’t leave messages. Basically failed in all aspects of business and professionalism.
