This orchestra has heart, soul, and outstanding talent. They bring such joy with their packed touring schedule - I’d highly recommend giving them a go if you’ve never been, it’ll make your soul sing.
I am a newbie on the classic music scene 😁, my 4th concert last night. Rachmaninov's piano concerto no2, my absolute favourite, and BSO did not disappoint 👏
Excellent performance, thoroughly enjoyable evening, would go again. Maybe another time, other composers could be included, as there are so many great soundtracks to choose. I Would have liked to have heard Zimmer's Sherock Holmes dramatic "Discombobulate" track and also the "Jaws" theme. Nonetheless, would strongly recommend this performance.
