Enjoyed our stay, we had a large seaview room. Clean hotel and staff were lovely. Beautiful weather whilst we were there too
Cracking location, good suites, a banger of a thai restaurant (Tilen thai) out the back of the car park. The front desk team are always friendly, the bar/restaurant staff always seem stressed and rushed - it comes across like this anyway - customer service needs to be worked on. Another thing this hotel really needs to improve on is having their rooms ready by 3pm ready for guests to check in - they’re always late with this!
Great position but that’s where it ends. The room is shocking at the price. Very little space for clothing etc. Despite being a Gold elite member not provided with any benefits associated with that Gold status. Really given a terrible room. Had numerous issues during our stay reported to front desk but no action until 3 efforts were made to address them. Worst hotel experience in a long time and I would steer clear of staying here.
Not as advertised. Pool very dirty! Family are very upset. Car park full. Leisure club is closed. Parking eye fines ANPR. Bit of a nightmare to be honest. Run down.
A quick break with the family, 4pm checkin which after travelling around the world for 40 years, never heard of any hotel having a late checkin. Car park in the grounds is a first come for a space, and charged £15 per day. Hotel is very old, a family room look so spacious on the website but not. Breakfast is not what I would expect from a 4 * hotel, service is poor, 1st day had to repeatedly ask for coffee to be served, staff seem to Group together and ignore the guest. 2nd day service provided in getting coffee and tea.
