Is a nice local gym and never too busy, however other gym users leave their weights on the machines and even the some Personal Trainers too.
I have been going to this gym for over a year and I absolutely love it. The classes are excellent - they are kept to small groups so that PTs can give personalised advice and make an effort to get to know everyone. There is a real community feel to Bounce which is a rarity in London. Big shout out to Ollie for doing an incredible 8-week programme during the 'strength' classes - I have noticed such a difference in both my upper and lower body strength!
I’ve been a member of the gym for 3 years. They are regularly investing in new equipment and adding new classes to better improve the offering. All the staff and members are super friendly and encourage everyone to better themselves, making it a friendly community. They have helped me to achieve my fitness goals while also helping me through the bumps on the road when I have got injured. Can’t recommend the gym enough or thank the team for the great support!
If you buy another gym membership you may as well be wasting ur money, because this one has it all and is the best gym to go to. Trust me, you won’t regret coming here.
