Laura's classes are the best fitness classes I've ever attended. Bounce is so enjoyable, it's great fun! A cardio workout with creative choreography to motivating tunes in a disco atmosphere. Laura is an amazing teacher & keeps you motivated throughout the session. I look forward to attending Tuesday class each week, I love it! Thank you Laura!

I absolutely love this class. Laura makes it so much fun, designs routines that fit the music well and is brilliant at motivating you all the way through. I don’t have a specific fitness goal, I just know from how much I sweat and how good I feel afterwards that it must be doing me good! 😅 I’ve tried lots of exercise classes in the past, but this is by far the best one I’ve ever done.
