UPDATED COMMENTS: There was an incident in which a staff mistakenly wrote his year of birth instead of the current year for the date of purchase on the certificate of authenticity, because the date of my purchase just so happened to be his birthday. He explained the reason on a postcard along with the new corrected certificate sent to me. I understand this was an unintended situation. So I have decided to update this post to a four-star review, as I appreciated the honesty to admit the mistake and the correction.
