Gemma previously has been brilliant but Emma was awful. Previously had hair halfway down my back. Asked for a bit shorter to about two inches below shoulders. Ended up with a bob. Emma starting cutting at the back and so I only realised when it was too late. This will take at least 6 months to grow back. Absolutely unacceptable. The layers are all over the place.
