Been over a year they don't reply to my emails they told me there issuing preceding to the at fault insurance company in December and still haven't sent them an it going to take 10 to 18 weeks I've rang them and it's still going to take another 6 months because they haven't sent them yet i wouldn't recommend this company to represent me in anything else it's a joke
