I joined 7 years ago and it was the most beautiful and amazing club. Over the last 3 years the quality and cleanliness went down while the prices went up. I just recently called to cancel my membership and was told I would not get charged for March. Low and behold, I was changed. I called to inquire since I was told I wouldn't be and was put through to a voice mail and got no call back. Called back and was essentially told "oh well, so sad too bad". Horrible customer service. 1 star for the size of the gym.
As a guest, I enjoyed it. Large, open, lots of room. Seemed clean enough to me for a city fitness center. However, my only complaint is the front desk staff member was not friendly, did not smile at all, and was rather on the rude side for first thing in the morning.
