Do not waste your time with this gym that survives on predatory practices. Their standard cancellation policy requires 45 days notice. This means they will continue to charge you for 1.5 months AFTER you want to cancel. At the height of COVID-19, they were shut down and continued to charge their members the monthly fee! I can’t believe during this pandemic you continue to keep charging people! You are a disgrace! Even after being all over the news with numerous complaints you continue to keep charging people! Just received a bill with 2 charges for the month of April. No, I don’t want a better membership when you open , I want a full refund! Why would anyone want to return, you are crooks! Still taking everyone’s monthly payments!!
Just do a google search on BSC/NYSC/WSC and especially the infamous owner Town Sports International. Your money is better spent elsewhere, like a local gym instead of a publicly traded operation. These stock prices... yikes
In this pandemic where there’s fear growing every day Boston Sports Clubs corporation decided to terminate every employee that works for them so that they don’t have to pay Employees in this time of need. The place is going downhill fast! Locker doors are falling off and nobody seems to fix them. Locker room smells bad. Dust everywhere. Not as friendly as when I first join.

Don't waist your money. I signed up for a gym membership in January of 2018 and paid an annual fee of $69.99 in February 2018. I moved in January of 2019 and was proactive about canceling my membership in December, prior to the move. I just looked at my bank account and have a second annual fee charge of $69.99.
