This place has really gone downhill. Quite unfortunate to see that the management does not care about the club.
Good gym. Nice pool and sauna. They offer almost any class you could want and the membership is not super expensive.
It seems that the only way to resolve any billing issues/cancellation issues is to submit an official complaint through the Better Business Bureau (BBB). After numerous failed attempts to resolve my issue through the club, HQ, regional manager, etc. I finally had success! I submitted a complaint on BBB dot Org and received a response imminently. It did take a few weeks of back an forth emails through the BBB website, but the corporate office finally owned up to their mistake and have processed a refund. Good luck to everyone... read more
Certain people don’t realize how LOUD they are in their conversations while working out!!!
Deferred maintenance and filthy conditions do not justify the $60+ monthly fees. This place has really fallen apart since management changed hands about 2 years ago. Management is dismissive when members complain.
I had a very poor experience when I called to cancel my membership today. I have been a member for 4 years now, but I am moving to a town that does not have a BSC. I unfortunately realized this after my payment for this upcoming month was processed (by a day). I inquired whether the payment for this month could be reimbursed as I will no longer have a membership, and will be paying a cancellation fee that is the same price as the monthly rate.
