We recently stayed at this hotel with friends and were very optimistic based on the glowing reviews. Unfortunately, our experience fell short in several important ways. The bathroom was not clean — there was visible mold around the sink faucet, on the shower grout, and on the shower hose, and the shower stall itself was quite grotty.
