They took care of me they have some of the caring people work there, my doctor is great and know what is done he being my doctor for 10 year thanks for taking care of me.
Excellent care! Staff, from check in, to check out, were efficient, caring, and attentive. I received a follow up call the next day to see how I was feeling. My doctor, Dr. Manolakis met me prior to the procedure to discuss my prep options and gave me great advice, this "go around" was way better.
Excellent facility, kind and caring surgical staff. They made the colonoscopy experience tolerable and, dare I say, pleasant. I was well-cared for; Dr Khoury and the surgical staff were wonderful.
Tried to make an appointment on Monday. There was an issue with the phone lines. After being transferred and disconnected. Scheduler called me back but then transferred me to billing. This WHOLE process took an hour. The billing lady stated someone would call me back in 30 min, still no call, no appointment.
