Your staff member Tara Pousland is harassing me while there working in your insurance department. She posted pics of my job on Facebook and uses company time to prank call my office from your company phone. We have caller ID. We will be reporting your company phone line.
I had such a horrible experience at Borland, not just the actual visit (the Dr I saw was terribly rude) but the follow up and then issues with billing! I strongly urge you to go elsewhere. You will have nothing but a difficult time and may wind up in the end having to pay for a service that went to a lab other than the one you requested (which would have been covered by your insurance)! Any place would have to be better than Borland ��
I was impressed from the time I walked into the door was greeted with such warmness professional friendly, heartwarming continue in the back the nurse Marcie was great!! Dr Harvey just awesome! .Very personable when you walk into the doctor's office you don't expect to be treated like this but I was treated like I needed to make another appointment just to get the treatment great job guys .oh my future testing and appointment was scheduled before I left wow!! What a great experience @ a doctors appointment.
