This is THE SLOWEST and MOST DISORGANIZED clinic I’ve ever been too. My appointment was at 1130a and they said get here an hour early. It’s now an hour and a half later and I haven’t even been taken back yet to prep. I’ll switch docs as soon as I can. Edit: apparently this is a common practice at BGC as several reviews indicate the same issue. Maybe their “COO” can fix their operations and optimize their scheduling.
Today your office sent a letter to my Mother’s house addressed to my Father! The letter was announcing that my father’s physician is retiring and enjoyed having him as a patient, your office has fantastic patient records ensuring that he is in great care during this transition. Well, the physician that is retiring pronounced my father dead 6 months ago, this was the only time that he saw my father. You have poor records and a really terrible contact management system! Priorities do not lie with the customers. Sad after so many years of doing business .
I was checked in and sent back on time. Very nice front staff. In the back things were just as nice and my anesthesiologist was so calming and sweet. I was sent home with my results and on time. Everything ran like clockwork. The staff and my doctor were amazing. Hope I don’t have to see them for along time but if I do I know I’m in great hands! Thank you
