I had a CT scan on Friday, December 23rd. Although they were running over 60 minutes behind due to an unforeseen family emergency of one of the staff, they were courteous, kind and accommodating. The CT nurse, Jolene Biancietta couldn't have been kinder or more efficient. I especially thank Jolene for her kindness and professionalism!
I see Dr. Kohms And he is the best doctor I have ever had . He listens to you like really listens to you and when he explains stuff to you he makes sure you understand and if you don't he does not make you feel stupid like other doctors do . The nurse stuff and the front desk staff are always so nice and helpful I recommend the Borland groover clinic 100% .The hole staff has not only been very nice to me but they have also gone out of there way to help me. I have been going to them for years, no complaints, love my dr, Dr Gopal is the nicest most knowledgeable and even after not seeing me for year, remembers me and I don't have to go over everything again. He is always smiling and happy.
First of all I am hoping that agreement finally finally does come between the clinic and Blue Cross Blue Shield as that would be beneficial to me – but I have used Dr. Rostholder and her father Dr. Goldberg and I love them both- they both listen to me, never rushed me through an appointment and her provided me with the service and care of that I need and deserve. i've had numerous endoscopies and a colonoscopy there and I could not be happier
They are so awesome and well organized. I appreciate the treatment I get from Dr Petersen. He always goes the extra mile to explain things.
We have had several test run just days apart and another scheduled. We have been very satisfied with the care we received.
