Borland Groover needs to put their patients first! Don't leave the patients hurting while they try to negotiate with BC/BS. What ever happened to the Hippocratic Oath...treat the sick to the best of one's ability?

Wonderful courteous staff. I was made to feel totally comfortable about the procedure. A nice follow up call at home the following day WS both unexpected and appreciated.
A few days ago I posted a negative post because I got caught up in the Blue Cross issue. I must now change my direction. After 15yrs with BGC I thought I was done. I received a call from staff to reassure me that I could continue our relationship. They are bending over backwards for me & I feel they have gone above and beyond the call of duty. Pryor to this I would not trade my relationship with Dr Brad Joseph & BGC for anything. Now that they have gone the extra mile it makes that foundation that much stronger. Thanks BGC y... read more
