This place is awful! They kept me waiting well past my appointment time every time I went in and one time I had to reschedule after waiting nearly an hour. It was clear my time was not valuable to them at all. They gave me an estimate of what the procedure would cost me and so far it's cost me more than 3 times that. They send billing statements with no itemized invoices. Every time I pay the balance, they turn around and send me a new statement for additional money owed even though I've had no additional services. I had my ... read more
We had a 10:00am appointment and because of rain arrived at 9:00am. Upon arrival we were told that the doctor was 1 hour behind and that it would be 11:00am before we would be called back. At 12:50 pm we were finally called back! We did not leave till 2:50 pm! If a doctor is going to be almost 3 hours late then the patients should be call and informed of this so they can adjust their arrival time! Our time is just a valuable as the doctors!
Borland Groover messed a couple appointments up on me years ago till I changed Doctors, now my son has to go to them due to insurance, and we get to his appointment this am, which we were told be here at 8 for his 10 appointment. After checking in, they decide to tell us his appointment is at 2, and he will need to come back then. So now he waits, starving and thirsty, till this afternoon because they still don't have their act together. I'm contacting Tricare, and will push to have other doctors added so he can change. They took very good care of me and kept me well informed about my procedure.
I went to the clinic for an Endoscopy. The doctor was great. The billing department is the worst. I was given an estimate for a few hundred dollars. Following the procedure the cost was 5 times that, with no warning. I complained to the billing department and they agreed to a reduced bill which I promptly paid. A month later they demanded the remaining money, send me to collections, and then reported me TWICE to the credit bureaus for unpaid bills. The billing department is a bunch of crooks.
