2.0 star rating 12/20/2017 DEC 20 2017 Dr Fleischer, MD, is undoubtedly a competent and professional, even outstanding technician. He is a charactor, can be abrasive and confrontational, trys to be pleasant. His staff, excepting Tao the Anesthesiology Nurse who administers and monitors the sedative through the IV Needle that is supposed to be in your HAND, is really not what I want to deal with while laying on a gurney, waiting for a potentially fatal procedure. This place has gone down hill. They handed me a ripped johnny to wear. The nurses didn’t have the proper equipment, they kept going into other patients cubicles for basics like stethoscopes and blood pressure cups.
Had a 9 am appointment, sat in a room for over an hour, got up to leave and a nurse said let me find out what is going on. Basically was told my appointment time is just a check in time. Not one single apology, plus I had to take an unpaid day off work. Never again!!
I feel so blessed that I was able to return to Borland Groover. The doctor is great, all the people are great! Everything was explained to me and all my questions were answered. Very well organized. All of the doctors are probably great but the greatest one of all is Dr. Fleiser. There is one thing that I would like to see changed. The patient belonging bags that you give to patients to put there belongings in are made in China. I would like to see them say," Made in USA". Thank you.
What can I say. My first visit to this clinic I called and asked where was the office, because I was lost. The lady stayed on the phone with me until I made it in the parking lot. The tablet check in is awesome. Fast and easy. I saw Dr. Mumoz. He was the most nice and compassionate Dr. I've met in a long time. He is willing to try and help fix someone elses mess. For that I THANK Him. He was very concerned and very professional. The whole visit was just GREAT. I left feeling really good about what's to come.

This was my third procedure with this clinic. The Doctor and the procedure were fine. Scheduling and follow up were a disaster. The office staff was incompetent and argumentative. After 4 tries to fill out the survey form on their website and it kicking back at the end and having to do the whole survey over, I'm giving up. I hope someone at BGC reads this and contacts me (DOB 5/27/47)
Dr. Scott Cooper... Run, impossible to find a ruder, more disinterested doctor anywhere.. why did this man become a doctor other than for money
