Went for afternoon tea with a friend - After finishing our food we were quite rudely approached by a member of staff requesting if we had paid - It was loud enough for other guests to hear.. I explained that I had a voucher.. When she typed in the number it didn’t work, which she explained to me - She tried again and it worked.. Just found it a bit abrupt and classless service for an establishment that seeks to be of a high standard. Poor ending to a nice day.. - Better etiquette required.

Just came back from an amazing spa stay with my Mum! This was her birthday treat as her birthday was in August. We were greeted by lovely Beth on reception and she gave us a welcome drink, everything was easy to sort out and she directed us to the spa before we checked in. Spa is great and ladies on the spa reception were great! A lot to do and loungers are so comfortable! We stayed with family for the weekend for our wedding, and the staff were incredible from the moment we arrived until we sadly left to check out. If you are looking for a luxurious stay, then Boringdon Hall is the place for you. The food is incredible, the spa facilities are top notch & all of the staff are courteous and attentive.
