Been here two hours and can not even get a server to come back with a drink. None of the Mlife rewards will work for slot play so you can’t even use the rewards you have!! Management says it’s a system issue they are working on and have ZERO solution. We frequent MGM resorts in Las Vegas but very doubtful we will be returning here.
Great place to visit with a terrific venue both the Music Box and the Event Center.To date,best buffet in AC,along with 5 star restaurants and bars with plenty of action.

bad service, someone from housekeeping took my phone charger. when mentioned to recepcionist.. they basicaly did not care.. only apologize but did not do anything to remediate issue. when entered room eventought it was a non smoking it smell like some one had smoke som herbs
First time visiting Borgata. Loved everything .... beautiful n clean. The staff was friendly n helpful. Buffet was very delicious with lots of choices. We saw the Ringo Starr show which was fantastic. Cant wait to go back to Borgata.
