We stay here several times year. Always good service.
Beautiful hotel. We ate at the Old Homestead Steakhouse (very delicious ), martinis at the Long Bar were great and Barry Manilow was the cherry on top of the cake!
This was not my first time to the Borgsta, but it was the first time I had to wait two hours to get into my room; then needed two Sapphire cards to play the slots, guess what neither of them worked, slot kept telling me I needed new cards, THEY WERE NEW CARDS, so now I spent $200 and got no credit for it. Rooms are nice, staff was efficient and courteous.

We love The Borgata!! We stay 2-3 times a year, as we are local, about 90 minutes away. We always are asked which tier of floor we want, we have always been accommodated with same floor with multiple rooms, when needed. We love the food. During an ice storm we were given late check out when requested (all the bridges were closed!!) my only complaint....I want to bring the smell of the Borgata to my house. Is there an air spray that can be purchased?!?!
