The Borgata Hotel was absolutely amazing. The whole property is breathtakingly gorgeous. The staff was super friendly and helpful, I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone planning to stay in AC. I have stayed in other hotels here, and none of them compare to the Borgata. The front desk/check in staff was so helpful and friendly. They let us check in 4 hours earlier, and they even moved us to a room on a higher floor for no charge after I explained to them it was my 21st birthday. My husband and I just returned from an overnight stay at the Borgata. We absolutely love it! Classic rooms are clean and nicely decorated. The Fiore Suite is superb! Check in lines were a little long but the staff had them moving along nicely. Went down for the 15x slot dollars. Great idea but extremely difficult to play slots due to the huge crowds-no machines available. Saw the Burlesque show and loved it! Entertaining, funny (Fat Rat Bastard was great!) Stayed here with my sister and a few friends for my 21st birthday for a couple days. Beautiful hotel!!! Lobby is gorgeous, they let us check in 4 hours early around 12 free of charge and when we mentioned it was our birthday they bumped us up to a higher floor with a better view of the hotels outside our room so we could see them lit up at night. Beautiful and clean. Dealers are friendly. Casino slots are a tad boring. Since it’s not near the boardwalk, you are a distance from all the action, but accessible through Uber, Lyft and taxis. The event hall was okay. Seats comfortable. All main section seating is one level, whereas the removable seating is slightly tiered. Not a fan of the heavy smoking in the bars and not many bars open late on weeknights. Buffet overpriced and only average food. More options at the Market Place.
The room wasnice, ready whenwe got there early, from bell service to valet aervice, all was exceptional.. we saw Britney Spears,event was very well coordinated. and he show itself was awesome.. as for the casino itself, and the bar area, specifically the B bar, too much smoking, there should be areas more spaced away from non smoking areas with better ventilation,and the bar area should be smoke free
