Borgata is still the best casino in ac ..they pay so many jackpots and the slots are loose..great service great restauraunts and rooms are so clean ..Happy 15th bday Borgata the place feels like its brand new still
It sucked , huge lines , it’s a big � lost with no captain . Get serious about taking care of your guests cause people are bringing you business , and you just take them for granted.
Not that great ( my opinion only ) we have been here before but did not use the adults only pool it was far too crowded and I felt claustrophobic the pool water was hot. Not good on a 98 degree day. Not enough staff on desks for check in check out sloppy
Not impressed. Check in and bellman service not good. Long line at checkin.
Checking in was very inconvenient. Lines were ridiculous. Appeared very short staffed. I was told I could get early arrival if I paid an extra $30 which I agreed to do but when we arrived they still were not ready. Never got in to our room until 4:00. Room was clean. Zero guidance from staff with directions either. Just seemed very under staffed. We already decided that if we go to see another performer, we will not be spending the night again
Love the Borgata!!! Borgata is the Best Casino in Atlantic City! And they have the Best Buffet!!! If you’re looking for a quick meal, try the Market Place downstairs. The Italian place has the Best sandwiches. All the staff is always very helpful and friendly in all departments of the casino.
We had my daughter in law in a wheelchair due to a broken heel and the staff was very helpful and gracious. The blackjack dealer was so nice and not intimidating at all that we played till 4 am.
The hotel was clean and elegant. The food (only ate at the buffet) was surpurb. The room was clean and adequate, although expensive. We saw a show and was pleased how everything was handled including check in/out, especially during a holiday weekend.
Went downhill since last visit about 2 months ago. I feel with new casinos opening up when we were there they would have paid more attention to some issues like room maintenance. Also no good breakfast places to eat the only one there is not very good. I think it’s time to try a new casino.
