This was so terrible. Had a few machines break down while I was there. Machines don’t hit for nothing. The customer service is terrible lack of comminication and language barrier! I wouldn’t preferr and I’ll personalbly will never return very disappointed
Don't be handicapp and go there, the treatment is horrible! They are very discriminating!
We were here for bachelorette / Hardwell Event. We all had a good time. Spa day was great. Nicole gave me a great Swedish massage. Employees are sweet and professional. Would definitely go back.

Beautiful hotel and rooms, the staff was friendly and helpful especially when we needed help finding a place or slot machine. I would definitely go back there!!
We checked in yesterday. Soon after we checked in we got a knock at the door. Nothing was said. Then we here them trying to come in the door opened with our other lock on. First off house keeping forgot towels and wash cloths in our room. Second don't you say loudly house keeping before trying to barge in a room. What pissed me off more. I told my mom grandma I'm going to talk to the manger and it was like they didn't give a shit..plus we never got wash cloths/towels.
Absolutely loved it!! We had a great time celebrating my Husbands birthday!!
Definitely not as good as it used to be. I agree with the flow of the showerhead and must say it was difficult to control the temperature in my room. There was no midway it was either stifling hot or to cold. Also, we ate at Bobby Flaysteakhouse and the service was terrible and the food not so good.
