I went to Boots pharmacy in Stamford Lincs recently. I noticed a lady in the queue who was awaiting her prescription. She clearly wasn't feeling well but staff in the pharmacy treated her with disrespect, showing no empathy. I appreciate the staff are busy and clearly need extra staff to help with various issues. Ask your staff to be kinder and less hostile please. After all one day it could be them who are feeling unwell. Shocking behaviour!
Dirty, half-empty shelves, rubbish and litter easily seen around the till area from front windows. Windows and doorways dirty. Depressing and unsanitary place that's supposed to focus on health and hygiene.
Worst service: There was an old lady waiting for long time and as no one was attending she had to give up and leave the store. I am the next one waiting nearly an hour and then an employee came took the prescription which was for amoxillin and he came back asking to wait for another 30min staying that he has another precipitations to cater to - what i don't understand is if that is the case they should inform on the time early and they see people waiting in the queue and taking the prescription going back and saying it will ... read more
