It's disappointing that the Advice and Medicines desk is never manned; you have to queue at the Prescription's desk which is always busy. Had to wait 8 mins today just to purchase over the counter migraine tablets. The poor staff at the Prescription desk are always over worked and under staffed. Poor management decisions impact customer service.

Went to Boots to collect my prescription and unfortunately, was served by Pharmacist Hassan. Extremely rude. Not only was the way he spoke to me discourteous, but his overall demeanour also made me feel as though he was angry at me. This behaviour, combined with his tone and attitude, left me feeling very uncomfortable and disrespected. I'm not surprised to see other bad reviews for Hassan here. Boots need to take it seriously.
My wife was very happy. 1st class service. A large order. Advice and discounts given.
