Tried to call Boots at the fort Edinburgh for over an hour but kept saying the staff were too busy so answer so I decided to drive there from Midlothian as I believed, according to your website that there was a shingles service and as I was in a lot of pain associated with the rashes and was hoping to get some topical analgesic medication. Self service checkouts...great! Until extra help is needed. In my case paracetamol needed to be approved. Three self service checkouts all waiting for the one staff member to help. I won't be back to Boots,unless as a last resort!

Alice is the very patient and kind person to serve me with my limited experience to make up. She was very professional and patience manner to walk me along though the process of make up and finally I got the most suitable foundation, cheek brush and powder. She is very kind to my kids too and that really make my day for the best present of Mother’s day! Cannot thank her more and being herself is huge value to boots. I am not live this area but I will be back to No. 7 counter for more products just for her! THANK YOU Alice!

None of the staff members are helpful Stood there for over 20 mins to collect my package but none answered! Absolutely ridiculous customer service
