Booked with Boots for travel vaccinations, appointment cancelled twice by Boots due to staff sickness, turns out they only had one person qualified in the whole of Norfolk to give vaccinations. A company that size you would expect more trained staff. Contacted Travel Doc as I was travelling very soon , plenty of appointments available and to top it off Travel Doc were much cheaper. Thank you for saving my holiday.

It is split into two levels so it’s a bit uncomfortable to get everything you want quickly with a child in hand. So I now order online.

Bit of an awkward Boots, there's no one manning the two actual human tills so you only have self service, which constantly go wrong and are very finicky, so you always end up summoning someone over. Yes, self service is convenient for some but there are many circumstances where it's far easier to deal with a person, esp in a pharmacy! As someone else mentioned, the security gard near makeup will follow you around if the place is quiet which is really off-putting.

AVOID THIS STORE!! Went in Saturday 24th with a friend and was made very uncomfortable by a security guard following us around everywhere we went and staring at us like we were going to steal. There was plenty of other people in the store so I don't know why he felt like we were going to steal anything. We were both just looking around the store like anyone else would and not doing anything dodgy at all. Went on Saturday 24th at around 4pm and me and friend wwre shopping like we usually we got her makeup and had a look round felt someone staring at me and te security gard is standing at the end if te isle just glaring at us and making us feel very uncomfortable when we done nothing wrong just doing our normal shopping and he decides to follow us all the way round and doesn't say anything to us but this isnt the first time either just because we may have piercing and tattos we shouldn't be stigmatised that were going to steal... read more
