I was visiting the area on 4-6th July and was becoming increasingly ill with a UTI. After referring to 111 service on 5th July I learned I could access the pharmacy first service so I went along at 4pm and got assessed. I was told I couldn’t have a prescription. I really couldn’t understand why?? When I returned to my home town on 6th July I had to contact the OOO GP service as was so ill. My infection was confirmed and I was finally given antibiotics.
