I’ve seen morgues more alive than this store. Staff is rude, not aware how to serve and help a customer and everything is broken and dirty
They did not let me use my boots credit although I went to another boots and they allowed me. If you want to use your boots card credit don’t come here. There is better places elsewhere. Everything is outdated here.
I went today Leytonstone boots to buy some vitamin(only one)but I met the security person (Gulzar)he very kind person and help me to buy some vitamins and explain about all the offers , and how to save money when using the offer, so finally with his help I purchased 3 packs of vitamin with good offer I want to give him 5 stars Really appreciate his help Actually for customers He’s a very good person with kind heart
Understaffed. there was more customers (3) , than there was staff (1)
Had good customer service from Sonia, who guided me on getting discounts for the vitamins that I was purchasing
