Waited about 15 minutes to see the pharmacist after being told he’d be able to help. Had already queued for another 15 minutes. After all the waiting I was told that the pharmacist actually couldn’t help and have wasted my time.

Sent away for a second time when asking to see the pharmacist for advice. Palmed off with difflam spray and the lady wouldn't even tell the pharmacist I wanted to speak with them. Was hopeful I could use the Pharmacy First initiative but it would seem they are batting patients away with irrelevant excuses about why they can't be seen.

Never had a problem before staff very friendly but went in to speak to pharmacist about an eye problem and was saddened that they didn’t even have the courtesy to come and speak to me and look at my eye a colleague was just going to and fro asking me questions from pharmacist not really what I expected and definitely not what I needed I’m off to Superdrug In future you should be ashamed of yourself
