Had an appointment to discuss what anti malarial tablets we would need for our holiday. The man I saw couldn’t have been more helpful. He went through all the different tablets, the pros and cons. He was very friendly too.

Spoke to the pharmacist- Laurence on 04/06/25. Could not have been more helpful. Provided comprehensive advice both surrounding medication and preventative measures for our trip. Extremely rare to find someone as down to earth and knowledgeable. Keep up the great work.

Ravenhead -St Helens One star should be less. I arrived at the pharmacy to collect my medication. There was no one in the queue in front of me yet, I was kept waiting when I could clearly see four members of staff. After a couple of minutes waiting the lady with the grey hair ponytail asked me how she could help. I explained I’m here to collect my medication, she took my name and address and looked for my medication. The main google search needs to show pharmacy opening hours to be different than store operational hours! Presently it is not clear, causing wasted journeys! Staff within store at present are less than helpful. Newer and younger team members cannot be bothered, are rude and unpleasant to communicate with. Asking a question you are told “over there” with a generalised point to a vague area.
