Spoken to in an extremely rude way by the man on click and collect and another member of staff. Poor customer service and sarcastic attitude.

Went to get treated for an UTI. listed symptoms the first time and got sent with sachets instead of antibiotics. Went 2 days later after following the advice as it had gotten worse and said SAME SYMPTOMS JUST WORSE and got sent back saying its not treatable by them anymore and I had to get seen by a gp. This woukdve been solved if they'd given me antibiotics from the start. I'm so angry.

There’s a great selection of products here but it’s hugely let down by high prices and a lack of self serve checkouts

I want to give a negative score purely for customer service just because of that one staff at No. 7. I'm not sure if she is a racist or just a pure hater. Anyways all the other so far has been very sweet. But never again going to the no. 7 😑

No staff to help spent 20 minutes in the shop couldn’t find what I needed Asked a security guard if he could help, He didn’t know, being elderly I wasn’t sure how to negotiate the self service, So walked out, sorry will go somewhere else
