The staff was very unhelpful and borderline rude. Didn't help me despite asking for help 2-3 times within 10 mins, but were helping people who came after me. Probably because I'm brown.
Big store just outside tube station with beauty makeup and skincare at the bottle floor, also designer makeup brands, however the brand staff wasn’t present during weekday visit and boots staff is not familiar with them. Great upstairs pharmacy section and healthcare and more skincare. Store kept tidy and clean

A Truly Wonderful Experience at Boots Covent Garden!!! 🤩😍🥰💗 All the customer service staff here are genuinely lovely, so nice, friendly, and helpful! 👍👍👍 I was searching for a few products to complete my set, and I found online that the Boots Covent Garden branch had everything I was looking for.
