I was in Boots Parkgate Rotherham yesterday was appalled to see no serviced tills anymore only self serviced, when asked was told oh i can help you, no thanks I said so handed my £30s worth of goods to her then walked out. There was 1 assistant for all the checkouts where were the other assistants that are normally on the tills. I don't work for Boots so wanted to be served, hopefully more people will do the same.
