Large boots store with plenty of parking on the retail park. Ive visited this store and it's never crowded always clean and well stocked with helpful staff.
Terrible customer service this morning from someone called Kelsey. She acted iritated as if I was pestering her. Won't be going there again
Stock available terrible we especially from Wolverhampton we asked staff if there was any in check no one checked properly or gave any directions people had so much attitude no customer service will not be back shameful
Always go here for perfumes...never feel rushed and always happy with the customer service. Raj has been there the last few times and we always leave with 4 or more perfumes! She's always so polite and patient while we work out which ones we want to try and buy
