was in store last friday when the manager ( who i believe is called beckie )made a member of staff cry speaking to her absolutely disgustingly infront of customers and other staff members . Such disgusting behaviour from the manager and has put me off coming into boots . Very unprofessional and tells me a lot about the sort of person the manager is.

Well today my wife ,Was told her Record as a worker She was efficient,And no one else wears deserved to be kept on,Now my wife was running the co op and postal service in Ladysmith Road Grimsby,Opening up in the morning checking the safe and basic security,But in the Next Breath ,Even she Exelld in her job,The co op,Had to close Because the amount of shoplifting Shoplifting & Lack of security my wife took a camera and showed it too the police every single day they caught 40°°cent of shoplifters even though She was told never... read more

I went into Boots Grimsby today looking for an Item, I asked a member of staff to help me, it was a Christmas Temporary called “Izzy” she went above and beyond to find this item, unfortunately the store didn’t sell it however her professionalism and great customer service left me speechless. She deserves a full time spot there, thank you for your help. Andrew.

A smile from Bronwyn and a “Good morning, how may I help you “ would have been a nice greeting when I shopped on the Lancôme counter this morning. If I could have made my purchase elsewhere in the precinct I would have told her not to go to the bother of serving me as it was obviously an effort. Even my husband commented on her attitude.
