don’t bother with pharmacy first. the pharmacist won’t help you and they’ll instead tell you to get a gp appointment? not sure what the pharmacy first service is for if that’s the case

Extremely unhelpful and rude staff. I was visiting family and forgot to bring my medicine. I went to get two days worth of medicine (2 tablets). From the very start I was made feel like I have done a crime and that I was bothering the staff. Passive aggressive staff by the prescriptions desk told me I needed to call 111 to get the prescription sent to them. Which I did, and was told to wait for 10-15min to get my medication. Absolutely terrible experience. Booked a flu vaccine appointment only to be told they don't have the vaccine in stock once I arrived for the jab. Had a valid confirmation email with no cancellation notification. 1hr round trip for nothing!
