The review is just for the pharmacy and OTC shpping. I can't express how much I detest this shop. I have never had a positive experience in here. The staff are rude, brash and confrontational. I don't mind a queue but my god the queues in here are off the dial. Unfortunately due to its location at times I have no option but to go here for the pharmacy, but I will never ever come here other than as an absolute necessity.

I couldn't find the part to leave a review on the boots page so I'm going to leave it here, but I did want to say a massive thankyou to Konie in Pharmacy department, who listened to me for about 15 mins with 2 seperate issues! With it being busy too. She gave me the correct information and how to treat a issue I had for months ... After being given the incorrect information from Swanage Pharmacy! And in a week it's almost completely gone, and I actually felt I was listened too and she knows her stuff ☺️ thankyou Konie again

Went in at lunchtime to buy some OTC medication. Member of staff stood at end of queue near pharmacy. I asked if I could buy product but told no staff available at lunchtime ( I forgot this is standard in this store). I aaked when I could buy the product, she said 30 minutes, so I said but. what time, and she repeared 30 minutes. Extremely rude and arrogant staff member. This pharmacy has previously been excellent and never had an issues I till recently. Put in a prescription for some vitamins following a blood test (doctor prescribed) on collection I was advised that there was no fee to pay as it's vitamins (not had prescribed vitamins before) I questioned this and was reassured several times and they handed me the medication and then left. I have now received a letter from the NHS (and called the number) only to be told that I would need to pay over £50 due to not being exempt. I explained... read more

Offer Covid vaccines that are proven to cause miocardits as well as other serious side effects without informed consent. At best this is professional negligence in a position of trust.
