Wanted to leave a review to state that this has become the worst Boots in the entirety of Leicester within the space of a few months. The staff members are genuinely some of the most unprofessional people I have ever come across I’ve honestly been shocked. Young boys (three South Asian and one Black boy) running around the store chasing each other, talking about customers disrespectfully, and all wide-eyed when you ask for help, deciding which one of them can be bothered to verify your age on the self-checkout. Went to buy some nappies and wipes for my little one today, around 17pm. the staff was a bit rude , saw me struggling as I was trying to put the big boxes of wipes and nappies away in my shopping bag, the machine kept showing error when I scanned my stuff, he had to come and use his staff access card to resolve the issue with the machine , he did help me to use my points on my boots card but it was as if I had bothered him when I asked him for help.
