Don’t go inside the shopping mall boots very unhelpful stuff and if you buy something wrong item is not refund and not exchanges for you
The store is fine and the general staff. I did not like my experience with the pharmacist whatsoever, he didn't seem to be listening to me, so I took my business elsewhere.
The shelves are always bare, went in there yesterday, looking for five items, left with just one and went to Superdrug instead where they had everything I needed. This is my experience of most Boots shops, not just the terrible Hastings branch.
Popped into boots looking for a Christmas gift for my daughter, and asked a lady called Anastazia, very nice and recommended some very good products, nice to see someone so friendly xx
