Went in today to purchase some baby items and encountered the hideous looking sales assistant called Julie , I shall call her Julie with the blue eyebrows) her attitude and lack manners is astounding she obviously hates her job as much as she hates boots customers although she does actually seem to think she owns the company , wouldn’t scan my vouchers that BOOTS provided insinuating I was commenting fraud using a BOOTs voucher , Julie with the blue eyebrows it’s time to retire!
Unhelpful woman working there, clearly couldn't be asked doing her job. Told her I couldn't download the app but have the online log in and number, refused to put it in like other staff had done. I get it you're old it might take some time but I could have waited. Her customer service needs to be as bright as her orange tan! Walked away and told another member of staff to "deal with him I can't be asked"! She needs more time slimming down her attitude rather than her eyebrows! The rest of the staff are helpful!
A very good store full of well stocked products, to many to mention. In general I was impressed. The staff were very helpful and friendly to point me to the products I required.
You need to train your staff on customer service because some of of them have spicy energy. I was in the boots store earlier and a staff member with short blonde hair was rude. I walked away from the till because an item that I picked up had a different price and went to swap it.
