Having driving 36 miles to the shop only to be told an HRS wait go back " can't except this prescription" its not written out properly! So drives another 36 mile round trip only to be told " we don't have the full stock in" bloody useless.

Boots isn't what it was. One particular staff member, she is rather rude. No idea what her attitude is about as I don't know her. The place is empty and needs a clean. This used to be such a great place to shop and such friendly staff many years ago. But now, the attitude is they just don't care. The main pharmacist who has been there forever, she has always been rude and I have heard different people say the same thing. I do not recommend this shop and would choose Sutherlands or Superdrug from now on.
