I went in tonight for a chat with the Pharmacist her name may have been Julie? She was extremely understanding and helpful with all these negative reviews it can be nice to give a compliment to the team- the pharmacy assistant was also very helpful ! They sorted everything I needed and I am extremely thankful! Hope this gets back to them for some praise!! :)
Julia, one of the pharmacists, was super helpful, kind and approachable from the beginning. She did her best to help us with what we needed and was very empathetic about our situation and the urgency with which we needed to resolve the issue. She is one of those 'difficult to find' people who genuinely care about their costumers/patients and deals with them in a caring and friendly way. She didn't just help us, she left a very good impression :)
Disappointing just now…the pharmacy assistant just ignored me and carried on with what she was doing before unhelpfully telling me I would have to come back tomorrow but not until 11am. I needed to pick up a prescription for two tubes of cream…really??…does it take ages for that to be verified?? I think the pharmacist was actually there too. Pretty rude and unhelpful service i thought.
Awful service, I tried going in last night to get something for an ear infection for my daughter they said there wasn't any advice or medicine they could give without seeing her. They told me to bring her back in the morning and then said the pharmacist wouldn't be available for over an hour. No mention of booking me an appointment when I was in store the night before. So 2 trips and still no advice or help for my daughter. What a pointless waste of time.
Needed some Pharmacy Only meds for my wife with sudden onset labrynthitis. Stood in a queue with others at pharmacy counter for 20mind but completely ignored by any staff who were all clustered in the dispensary. Like several others just walked out to find somewhere that cared to support healthcare.
