Shiva was very responsive in scheduling my appointment and incredibly accommodating with my timing. Helen assisted me with my dress selection; she was exceptionally patient and helpful. The dresses are beautifully and delicately crafted—a truly rare find!

Bought my dress here 2.5 years ago and the service from Shiva was great, she lowered the price and threw in a free hair piece that went with the beading on the dress.

No dresses above a size 16, only 1 dress in a size 16. Also parking is terrible. Literally parking in the middle of the city. The customer service is lovely. But if you only cater to specific sizes. This should be made clear when booking. I am a size 20. I know that isn't healthy but 67% of Australians are over weight and 31% are obese. So if they are going to exclude most of the population they should make that clear to avoid wasting people's time. Staff are friendly despite this.

This place was a really big let down and the Staff member who looked after us was really rude. The Staff member (who never introduced herself) made my friend feel really deflated and disappointed. Would not recommend! Especially if you are above a size 10. my friend who is a size 14-16 could only try 2 dresses and it took 45 mins. What a waste of time!
