Excellent service and a very warm welcome from all the staff. Decided to take a look inside after seeing the beautiful Patek Philippe watches in the display windows. Thank you to Phil for allowing me to get hands-on for the first time with a Patek watch and even educating me about both Patek Philippe and Boodles itself. Was even provided a Patek brochure to take home. Definitely recommend.

Had a recent wonderful experience at the Boodles Liverpool store. My partner and I were treated Royaly, with service and fabulous jewellery. All thanks to Toby, who helped professionally with a birthday surprise.

Very well presented beautiful showroom with a good collection of Patek Philippe watches. Manager Sam Evans is very helpful. Sam even offered me a very limited production Patek Philippe wristwatch when we spoke for the fist time.

My boyfriend purchased a necklace for me from boodles a few years ago. After taking it off a few times I had managed to get a few knots in the chain and I was worried about taking it somewhere else. I went into Boodles and they got the knots out and gave it a good clean free of charge and my necklace is like brand new! Nothing was too much trouble for the lovely staff and they even said I can pop in whenever I want and have it re cleaned free of charge.
